WHAT HOMES CAN YOU BUY TODAY IN BOWLING GREEN/WARREN COUNTY FOR $350K?

At the end of June, the Median Price of a Home in Bowling Green/Warren County was $349,000. Up six percent from June 2024, that means the same property cost roughly $329,000 a year ago. I’ve received several comments that it’s hard to believe that’s the price of the “average” home being sold in our local market right now.  So I thought it might be helpful to share a few that are available today.  In fact, several are new to market.
